This project was to transform and bring up to date the services to comply with the current regulations. This tired and dated property was fully stripped back and given a full refurbishment.
The living area double doors were removed to create an open plan feel between the kitchen and living room which also created additional lighting to the area. A modern kitchen was installed along with a downstairs toilet and utility room.
The property was finished with white walls and oak plank flooring to the ground floor, new carpets were installed to the stairs and bedrooms giving a fresh new look.
All external doors and windows were replaced with new and the garden area was landscaped to a finish.
